HISTORY
Moore Property Management Services is a full service property management company in Naples, Florida. We serve a number of Condominiums, HOA’s, POA’s and Commercial properties in the Southwest Florida area. The majority of our clientele is located in Naples, Florida.
Moore Property Management Services was originally founded in 1980, providing property management for Condominiums and HOA’s in the downtown historical district of Old Naples.
During the 1980’s through the 1990’s, the Naples area began to flourish. Both Collier and Lee County continued to grow. This growth was not only in the development of land but in population as well. Recognizing the need for the Naples area to have available a property management company that could service this growing industry, the decision was made in 1999 to merge with Condominium Managers, Inc. The name Moore Property Management Services was retained to represent our company.
From that point forward, Moore Property Management Services has continued to grow and is recognized as one the leading property management companies in Southwest Florida and also one of the most respected in this industry.
